ITSME Suits offers custom tailoring services including bespoke suits for men and women, tuxedos, casual suits, and related accessories. All suits are made-to-order based on client measurements, preferences, and fabric selections.

2. Booking & Consultations

Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or at our physical locations. We reserve the right to confirm or reschedule consultations based on availability.

3. Measurements & Fittings

Accurate measurements are essential for custom suits. Clients are responsible for attending fittings as scheduled. We offer alteration support to ensure the best fit based on the original measurements provided.

4. Payments

  • A deposit may be required to begin the tailoring process.

  • Full payment must be made before final delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified during checkout.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations or refunds may not be available unless approved on a case-by-case basis.

6. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on fabric selection, complexity, and location. We strive to deliver all suits within the time frame communicated during your consultation.
